Adding contacts to the Membership Directory

To add new contacts to your Membership Directory:

  1. Log in to the "Database Marketing" section of thewebconsole.com.
  2. Click on the 'Contacts' item on the left hand menu, and then click on the 'Add Contact' tab.
  3. Fill out the 'New Contact' form details, and select which membership group you want them to be part of.
  4. If you want to include this contact as part of a group, tick the 'subscribed' boxes in the 'List Subscriptions' form.
  5. Be sure to click on the 'Save Contact' button to save the details.

Once a member is added to this directory, they will become visible on your website directory.
